Any unworn product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, excluding the original shipping and handling fee. Just download, print, and complete the Third Oak Returns Form (pdf).
Please complete the form and include it when you send the product back to Third Oak.
All returns will be refunded to the form of payment used for the original purchase. Orders placed using a gift certificate retrieved from an online deal site cannot be refunded but can be exchanged under the same conditions stated above.
The customer is responsible for any shipping charges when sending items back to Okabashi. We do not provide a prepaid label or reimburse shipping costs so as to keep our shoes better priced for everyone. If you have any questions when ordering, please feel free to call our customer service team.
